Each year, the Azle Area Ministerial Alliance awards one or more scholarships to graduating seniors from Azle area schools. These scholarships honor the AAMA's founder, Rev. Roland Earl. It is through the generous donation of its partners at each monthly luncheon, some proceeds from National Day of Prayer and the Azle Lake Run, as well as other donations, that these scholarships are funded. As many as four scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each have been awarded in past years. In 2021 and 2022, five $1,000 scholarships were awarded.
